Dear Vendor,    
                            

Thank you for your interest in our 2009 Hummingbird Festival. This annual event is

organized by The Friends of Cheyenne Cañon, a volunteer organization dedicated to

preserving, protecting and enhancing the natural, scenic and historic resources of North

Cheyenne Cañon Park. This is our largest fundraiser of the year. All proceeds from this

event go back into North Cheyenne Cañon Park programs and trail maintenance.


The terms for vendor displays are as follows:


Products (other than food) sold must be related to hummingbirds, birds,

    animals, nature, etc.


Booth space is strictly limited to 10' x 10'. If you need more space, you will have

    to rent an additional 10' x 10' space.


Individual tents/awnings are the responsibility of each vendor


Festival hours are 10:00am to 4:00pm, Saturday May 9th, 2009


Vendor set up time is from 8:00am to 10:00am on the day of the event


We will no longer be able to provide you with a free table and chairs. If you do not

     have your own, we can rent them for you at an additional cost of $20. (1 - 8' table & 2

     folding chairs.)


Please include your registration fee of $70 with the lower portion of this form.

    Checks must be made payable to The Friends of Cheyenne Cañon. No cash, please.


Site preference will be given to returning vendors. New vendors will be selected on a

     first come, first served basis.
